PowerBI Auto Refresher does not collect, store, transmit, or sell any personal information.

The extension does not collect:

• IP addresses

• Authentication tokens
• Microsoft account information
• Power BI dashboard data
• Usage analytics
• Location data

Local Storage

The extension uses Chrome’s storage API to save user preferences locally on your device. These preferences may include:

• Auto-refresh interval
• Enabled/disabled status
• Extension settings

This information is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to the developer or any third party.

Chrome Permissions

activeTab

Used only to refresh the currently active Power BI dashboard tab after the user enables the extension.

alarms

Used to schedule automatic page refreshes at the interval selected by the user.

storage

Used to save user preferences locally in Chrome.

Host Permissions

The extension requests access to:

https://app.powerbi.com/*

This permission is required solely to refresh Power BI dashboard pages. The extension does not read, collect, modify, or transmit dashboard content.

Data Sharing

PowerBI Auto Refresher does not:

• Share data with third parties
• Sell user information
• Transfer user data
• Use advertising services
• Use tracking technologies

Remote Code

The extension does not execute or load remote code. All JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other resources are packaged with the extension and reviewed as part of the Chrome Web Store submission.

Third-Party Services

PowerBI Auto Refresher does not use:

• Google Analytics
• Firebase
• Advertising SDKs
• Tracking SDKs
• External APIs for collecting user data

The extension interacts only with Power BI pages opened by the user for the purpose of refreshing them.

Children’s Privacy

This extension is not directed toward children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
